== Editorial Principles ==

=== Neutral Point of View ===

Articles should present information fairly, proportionately, and without editorial bias. Content should describe rather than advocate for a particular viewpoint.

* Books published by reputable publishers
* Established news organizations
* Industry reports

Blogs, anonymous websites, social media posts, and self-published material should generally not be used unless they constitute the subject of discussion.

* Leadership
* Ownership

== Editorial Review ==

Editors are encouraged to review significant changes before publication. Major revisions affecting factual accuracy or article structure may be subject to administrative review.

== Conflict of Interest ==

Editors should avoid directly editing articles where they have financial, professional, or personal interests. Such contributors are encouraged to propose changes through article discussion pages.

== Copyright ==

Editors must not copy copyrighted material without appropriate authorization or licensing. Content imported from compatible open-content sources must comply with applicable attribution requirements.

* Respect differing viewpoints.
* Resolve disputes through discussion and consensus.
